Whether
from a current employee or a job candidate, the questions
we hear most often involve benefits. At Roger Williams Medical
Center, we offer a competitive and comprehensive range of
benefits-from holiday time off to health, dental, life insurance
and long term disability; to a paid time off program and paid
holidays; to tuition reimbursement; to mobile phone discounts-to
meet a wide variety of employee circumstances and needs.
As
you learn more about our benefits program, please keep in
mind that-for every organization-benefits are subject to change
because of regulatory laws, market conditions and changes
in staffing requirements to fulfill mission. Ultimately, our
goal is to remain competitive so that we continue to attract
the best candidates and provide the best care.
