Sometimes in life, due to aging or compromised health, you find yourself or a loved one needing more help with day-to-day activities. When this becomes the case, our partnership with Elmhurst Extended Care enables us to offer you a range of specialized assisted living never before available in the state.

Elmhurst Extended Care
As the only nursing home in the state affiliated with a hospital, Elmhurst Extended Care is dedicated to providing quality care in a residential setting. No one else offers 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitative services in a comfortable, home-like environment. With three distinct levels of care, Elmhurst offers the appropriate mix of activity, sensory stimulation, skilled nursing and medical treatments our residents need.

WillowBend Short-term Care
For those hospital patients requiring rehabilitation or additional short-term care, we offer WillowBend. Patients receive the same level of intensive services found in the hospital, but in a more comfortable environment. With access to a complete range of physical, occupational and speech therapists, as well as 24-hour skilled services, the right mix of care is provided so patients can return home and continue living independently.

MapleSpring, Long-term Care
In our long-term care setting, residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing along with a broad range of medical, personal and social services.

CedarWinds, Alzheimer and Dementia Care
Catering to those with mild to moderate stages of Alzheimer's disease, CedarWinds combines continuous skilled nursing with specialty programs and therapies designed to combat the disease.
