Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center (RWMC). We have created this guide to provide you with an overview of our educational programs, facilities, clinical sites and faculty which I hope you will consider reviewing in more detail.

The primary goal of our training program is to provide comprehensive training experience in Hematology/Oncology. Our program has been training extremely competent and well-qualified graduates for over 40 years and we are a major teaching affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine. Our trainees enjoy the resources available through a multi-site training program with their home-base at RWMC. Other clinical sites include the Boston Medical Center, Memorial Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital, and Women & Infants Hospital.  Graduates of the RWMC program currently practice in both private and academic settings throughout New England and the rest of the country.

We use the application process provided by ERAS and participate in the National Resident Matching Program. If you are interested in fellowship training at our program, I hope you will contact us and consider submitting an application to our program.

I look forward to an opportunity to meet you and discuss how our programs can help you meet your goals. Please take a moment to read about our facilities.

Sincerely,

Bharti Rathore, M.D.
Program Director, Hematology and Oncology Fellowship
