Employees raise more than 1,000 lbs. of food for RI Community Food Bank

Employees from across the CharterCARE system gave back to the community through a recent two-week long food drive,  part of our celebration of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Since 2014, our employees have donated more than 5,600 lbs. of food to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. This year’s total of 1,072 was our second highest total ever.

Thank you to Rachel Paquin from Human Resources, who again spearheaded the food drive, and to all who donated. In the picture on the right, team members from our affiliate St. Joseph Health Center pose with some of the food they collected.
