Lisa A. Ranglin named to board of directors of Roger Williams
Lisa A. Ranglin, PMP, Vice President with Bank of America, has been named to the board of directors of Roger Williams Medical Center. As a Vice President with Bank of America since 2006, she has focused on managing large and complex initiatives with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and technology initiatives in the financial industry. Ranglin joined Bank of America in 2001.

Ranglin is the founding president of the Rhode Island Black Business Association and is Chairwoman of the City of Providence Minority Business/Women Business Enterprise Commission. She was co-chair of Providence Mayor’s Jorge Elorza’s transition team. She is a member of the United Way of Rhode Island Community Advisory Board and a former board member of Gateway Mental Health.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Programming Technology from New England Technical College. In addition, Ranglin is a certified Project Management Professional, and holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. She is a resident of Providence.
