Hematology is the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases of the blood and bone marrow as well as of the immunologic, hemostatic (blood clotting) and vascular systems. The Division of Hematology Oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center is focused on providing expert clinical care that focuses on individuals with blood disorders. Our Hematology Oncology team offers a wide range of clinical, research and teaching programs. Our staff works collaboratively with colleagues in a variety of other disciplines like radiology and laboratory services. Our goal is to work with your primary care physician and our team members to provide you with the best in personalized care.
