The Laboratory Network at Roger Williams Medical Center offers unmatched expertise and experience. As a hospital-based program and a teaching affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine, the network provides:
- Comprehensive chemistry, toxicology, hematology, microbiology, immunology, histology, cytology, and transfusion services, plus one of the region's largest menus of esoteric tests
- Oversight by board-certified pathologists
- Clinical expertise in subspecialties, including: anatomic and clinical pathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, immunopathology
- State-of-the-art equipment, including conventional and molecular technology, clinical chemistry automation, and an advanced networking computer system

The Laboratory Network of Roger Williams Medical Center offers clients nearly two decades of successful outreach experience:
- We perform over 900,000 clinical and surgical pathology billable procedures annually
- We provide services to more than 100 clinical and surgical pathology clients, including nursing homes, assisted living communities, group homes, surgicenters, senior centers, universities, colleges, walk-in treatment centers, physician offices, in-home patients, and other hospitals
