It has been shown that the single most valuable experience during residency training is contact with clinical faculty -- our resident/academic faculty ratio is two to one.

We believe residency is the most essential part of medical training. That's why we place our priorities on education before service to the institution. Our humane call schedules, afternoon to morning crosscoverage, nightfloats, multiple rotating shortcall teams, generous elective allocations and the friendly feel of the small program protect against alienation and burnout.
